The club cricket sides fared well in their respective leagues and we can look forward to some good cricket at the oval when the new season starts. The premier league side secured 4th place in the Premier League, but had to share points for their last three games due to inclement weather. They would surely have been placed second to Tuks A side as only one point separated second place and fourth place. Well done to chairman Cobus and his side. The reserve side and the 4th side finished first in their respective leagues whilst the 3rd side were placed 2nd in their league. The premier league and reserve league sides play their home games at the club whilst the 3rd and 4th sides play their home games at CBC school. Practice for the new season starts in July. There is talk that there may even be a ladies cricket team next season?
