Wednesdays: 15:00 to 19:00.
Thursdays: 15:00 to 19:00.
Fridays: 15:00 to 21:00.
Saturdays: 13:00 to 21:00.
Sundays: 08:00 to 15:00.
Hours can be revised on special occasions (club, BGN and other) as determined by the Bar Manager, Committee or President.
1) Ensure that the bar is open (ready to serve) by the stipulated Bar Opening Hours;
2) Call last round 10 minutes prior to the stipulated Bar Closing Hours;
3) Cash up after every day of operation;
4) Keep a float of R 800,00 at all times;
5) Be polite to all customers at all times;
6) Serve customers promptly;
7) Do not leave the bar area unattended unnecessarily or if not relieved by a fellow authorized member;
8) Ensure the bar is appropriately stocked at all times;
9) Keep the bar and extended bar area clean and tidy at all times;
10) Wash required glasses etc. as required from time to time; and
11) Write out a receipt for the tabs monies received.
